No. B1-3-80/2022-242--Whereas election has been held in pursuance of
notification issued under sub-section (1) of section 150 and sections 30 and 56 of the
Representation of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951) for the purpose of filling 01 (One) seat in
the due to disqualification under section 8 of the Representatoin of the People Act, 1951
and Article 191 (1)(e) of the Constitution Sh. Anil Kumar Shani elected member from 93-
Kurhani Assembly Constituency of Bihar Legislative Assembly. The declaration of the
result of election has been done under section 66 of the Representation of People Act,
1951 (43 of 1951).
Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 73 of the said Act, the name of member
and his Political Party, elected from above Assembly Constituencies for Bihar Legislative
