No.11/Adhi. Karya.-01-06/2016-7052--In exercise of the powers conferred under

Section-12 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, the State Government hereby

appoints the following officers other than the officers of the Prohibition, Excise and

Registration Departement as the "Excise Officer" under the Act with immediate effect:-

1. District Transport Officer - for the entire District.

2. Moter Vehicle Inspector - for the entire District.

3. Enforcement Sub Inspector - for the Deputed District.
