Governor of Bihar dated the 30.01.2023 is hereby published for general

information:-

“In exercise of the powers under Clause (1) of Article 176 of the Constitution of

India, I, Phagu Chauhan, Governor of Bihar, desire to address both Houses of the Bihar

Legislature assembled together on the 27^th February, 2023 at 11.30 A.M. and desire the

presence of their Members in the Central Hall of Bihar Legislature extension building

at Patna.
