The 13^th March 2023

S.O 112, dated 14 March, 2023—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section

(1) of Section 13 and Sub-Section (1) of Section 14 of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil

Courts Act 1887 (Act XII of 1887) and in modification of the previous notifications and

orders issued on the subject the Governor of Bihar is pleased to direct that:-

(a)

The Court of Subordinate Judge [Civil Judge (Senior Division)] and the

Court of Munsif [Civil Judge (Junior Division)] of Tekari Sub-division in the

district of Gaya shall be established at Tekari;

(b)

The Jurisdiction of the Court of Subordinate Judge [Civil Judge (Senior

Division)] and the Court of Munsif [Civil Judge (Junior Division)] of Tekari

sub-division shall be the entire local limits of the Sub-division of Tekari in the

District of Gaya;

(c)

The Court of Subordinate Judge [Civil Judge (Senior Division)] and The Court

of Munsif [Civil Judge (Junior Division)] of Tekari sub-division shall hold its

sittings at Tekari.

(d)

This Notification shall come into force with effect from 19^th March, 2023.
