power conferred under Section-11of the Bihar Urban Planning and Development Act, 2012 read
with Rule-11 of the Bihar Urban Planning and Development Rules, 2014, the Government of Bihar
hereby constitutes the Planning Authority, which shall be known as " Sonepur Planning Area
Authority" to prepare Master Plan and other development plans of Sonepur Planning Area, its
implementation and for other lawful actions, and it shall be constituted as follows:-

2. The authority may exercise the powers prescribed in the Bihar Urban Planning and
Development Act, 2012 and the Bihar Urban Planning and Development Rules, 2014 for the
performance of its functions.
