The 18^th August 2023

S.O. 231, Dated 21^st August 2023— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 96 of the

Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12 of 2017), the Governor of Bihar, hereby

makes the following further amendment in the notification S.O. No. 173, dated the 21^st September,

2017 of the Commercial Taxes Department, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide

number 877, dated the 21^st September, 2017, and last amended vide notification S.O. No. 126, dated

the 21^st April, 2023, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 342, dated the 21^st

April, 2023, namely :-

In the said notification, for serial no. (ii), the words "(ii) Shri Ajay Kumar, Additional

Commissioner of State Tax (Appeal), Central Division, Patna" shall be substituted.
