ǐदनांक 02 जनवरȣ, 2018, िजसे ǐबहार गजट असाधारण अंक संÉया 10, ǐदनांक 02 जनवरȣ, 2018,

Ʈारा Ĥकािशत ǐकया गया था, मɅ िनà निलिखत और संशोधन करते हɇ, अथा[त्:-

उƠ अिधसूचना मɅ, सातवɅ परंतुक मɅ, शÞदɉ, अ¢रɉ और अंकɉ, "30 जून, 2023" के èथान पर,

शÞदɉ, अ¢रɉ और अंकɉ, "31 अगèत, 2023” को Ĥितèथाǐपत ǐकया जाएगा।

2. यह अिधसूचना 30 जून, 2023 से Ĥभावी मानी जाएगी।

The 18^th August 2023

S.O. 232, Dated 21^st August 2023—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of

the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, (Bihar Act 12, 2017), the Governor of Bihar, on the

recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification

of the Commercial Taxes Department notification No. S.O. 4, dated the 02nd January, 2018,

published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 10, dated the 02nd January, 2018,

namely:-

In the said notification, in the seventh proviso, for the words, letter and figure “30th day of

June, 2023” the words, letter and figure “31st day of August, 2023” shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 30th day of

June, 2023.
