No. 2/Thana-10-21/2014 H.(P) 9993--Whereas, the State Government of Bihar has

communicated its decision regarding creation of “Bodhi Vigha Police Station” in district

Gaya vide Home Department sanction order No. 9139 dated 27-10-2014.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (s) of section-2

of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the State Government, hereby, declares the

aforesaid Police Station with retrospective effect from 27-10-2014.
