The 17^th August 2023

No. 2/P01-1014/2011 H.(P) 9994--Whereas, the State Government of Bihar has

communicated its decision regarding creation of “Darihara Bhual Police Station” in

district Saran vide Home Department sanction order No. 1893 dated 18-03-2015.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (s) of section-2

of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the State Government, hereby, declares the

aforesaid Police Station with retrospective effect from 18-03-2015.
