communicated its decision regarding creation of “Alinagar Police Station” in district

Darbhanga vide Home Department sanction order No. 5996 dated 21-08-2015.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (s) of section-

2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the State Government, hereby, declares the

aforesaid Police Station with retrospective effect from 21-08-2015.
