The 3^rd October 2023

S.O. 256, dated 3^rd October, 2023--In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule

8(13) of the Bihar Anti Terrorist Squad Rules, 2014, in modification of earlier issued

notification no.-3501 dated-10-05-2023 of Law Department, Bihar, Patna, the Government of

Bihar, in consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Patna, designates the Court of

Additional District and Sessions Judge-XV, Patna as a Special Court for the trial of cases

registered with Anti Terrorist Squad Police Station, Bihar, Patna;

(2) The jurisdiction of this Court shall be the local limits of the State of Bihar;

(3) This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its

publication in the Official Gazette.
