No 08@NBFC-12@2019 ¼[kaM½ 1306@fo0--In exercise of the powers conferred under

sub-section (1) of section 7 of The Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019

(No. 21 of 2019), of Central Government of India, the State Government, hereby,

appoints Secretary, Home Department, Bihar as Competent Authority for the purpose of

section 30 of the said Act.
