sub-section (2) of section 7 of The Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019

(No. 21 of 2019) of Central Government of India, the State Government, hereby, appoints

District Magistrates within their respective jurisdiction to assist the Competent Authority

in discharging its functions for the purposes of the said Act.
