No.-B1-3-4/2020-101—WHEREAS nomination by the Governor of Bihar has been made in

pursuance of Sub-Clause (e) of Clause (3) and Clause (5) of Article 171 of the Constitution of India, for

filling 1 (one) seat in Bihar Legislative Council against 1 (one) vacancy in Bihar Legislative Council,

due to resignation of nominated member Sri Upendra Kushwaha on 24.02.2023.
