12, 2017) कȧ धारा 9 कȧ उप धारा (3) और उप धारा (4), धारा 11 कȧ उप धारा (1), धारा 15 कȧ उप धारा (5)

और धारा 148 के तहत Ĥदƣ शǐƠयɉ का Ĥयोग करते हुए, ǐबहार राÏ यपाल, इस बात से संतुç ट होते हुए ǐक ऐसा करना

जनǐहत मɅआवæ यक है,पǐरषद कȧ िसफाǐरशɉ के आधार पर, एतदƮारा, वािणÏ य-कर ǐवभाग कȧ अिधसूचना संÉ या

12/2017-राÏ य कर (दर), ǐदनांक 29 जून, 2017, िजसे ǐबहार गजट असाधारण अंक संÉया 555,ǐदनांक 29 जून,

2017, Ʈारा Ĥकािशत ǐकया गया था,मɅ और आगे भी िनà निलिखत संशोधन करते हɇ, यथा:-

(2) Đम संÉ या 6 के सम¢, कॉलम (3) मɅ,खंड (क) मɅ, शÞदɉ “डाक ǐवभाग” के पƱात्, शÞदɉ और

कोƵक“ [और रेल मंğालय (भारतीय रेल)]” को अंतःèथाǐपत ǐकया जाएगा;

(3) Đम संÉ या 7 के सम¢, कॉलम (3) मɅ, èपƴीकरण मɅ, खंड (क) मɅ, उप-खंड (i) मɅ, शÞदɉ “डाक

ǐवभाग” के पƱात्”, शÞदɉ और कोƵक“ [और रेल मंğालय (भारतीय रेल)] ” को अंतःèथाǐपत ǐकया

जाएगा;

(4) Đम संÉ या 8 के सम¢, कॉलम (3) मɅ, परंतुक मɅ, खंड (i) मɅ, शÞदɉ “डाक ǐवभाग” के पƱात्”,

शÞदɉ और कोƵक“ [और रेल मंğालय (भारतीय रेल)] ” को अंतःèथाǐपत ǐकया जाएगा;

(5) Đम संÉ या 9 के सम¢, कॉलम (3) मɅ , Ĥथम परंतुक मɅ, खंड (i) मɅ, शÞदɉ “डाक ǐवभाग” के

पƱात्”, शÞदɉ और कोƵक“ [और रेल मंğालय (भारतीय रेल)] ” को अंतःèथाǐपत ǐकया जाएगा।

2. यह अिधसूचना 20 अÈटूबर, 2023 से लागू होगी।

Notification No. 13/2023- State Tax (Rate)

S.O. 346, Dated 19^th October 2023— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (3) and (4)

of section 9, sub-section (1) of section 11, sub-section (5) of section 15 and section 148 of the Bihar Goods and

Services Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12, 2017), the Governor of Bihar, on being satisfied that it is necessary in

the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following

amendment further to amend the notification of the Commercial Taxes Department, Notification No.12/2017-

State Tax (Rate), dated the 29^thJune, 2017, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 555, dated

the 29^thJune, 2017, namely:—

In the said notification, in the Table, -

(1) after serial number 3A and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries

shall be inserted, namely: -

words and brackets “and the Ministry of Railways (Indian Railways)” shall be inserted;
