The 28th November 2023
No. G/Sena-05-03/2023-13616-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
section (3) of Section 9 of the Manoeuvers, Field Firing and Artillery Practice Act, 1938
(Act No 5 of 1938), the Governor of Bihar is hereby pleased to notify his intention to
authorise under sub-section (2) of the said section of the Act to carry out field firing and
artillery practice throughout the area in the Schedule hereto annexed or in its any
specified part during the period of 20 years commencing from 4st August, 2023 and
ending with 03th August, 2043. A notification as required by sub-section (1) of the said
section, defining the said area as an area within which for the period of 20 years
commencing from 4st August, 2023 and ending with 03th August, 2043. the carrying out
periodically of field firing and artillery practice may be authorized, has been previously
published in the extraordinary issue of Bihar official Gazette, dated.21.09.2023 with
S.O. 11423 dated the 20.09.2023.
The map of land (land plan) may be inspected in the office of District
Magistrate, Patna.
