The 14^th December 2023

S.O. 359, dated 14^th December, 2023--In exercise of powers conferred by sub-

section (1) of section-3 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Act 49 of 1988), the

Government of Bihar, in consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Patna, designate

the court of Special Judge-III, constituted vide notification no.-3669 dated-03.06.2011 of the

Law Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, as Exclusive Special Court for speedy trial of

fodders scam cases investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (C.B.I.) under the

Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

2. 32 cases of other departments pending before the Court of Special Judge-III are

hereby transferred to the Court of Special Judge-II.

3. The earlier issued Notification No.-3669 dated 03.06.2011 and Notification No.-

7176 dated- 29.08.2018 of the Law Department, Government of Bihar, Patna is amended to

this extent.
