2017 (ǐबहार अिधिनयम-12, 2017), कȧ धारा 9कȧ उप- धारा (3) के तहत Ĥद× त शǐƠयɉ

का Ĥयोग करते हुए, ǐबहार राÏ यपाल, पǐरषद कȧ िसफाǐरशɉ के आधार पर, एतदƮारा,

वािणÏय-कर ǐवभाग कȧ अिधसूचना संÉ या 4/2017-राÏ य कर (दर) ǐदनांक 29 जून, 2017 िजसे

ǐबहार गजट असाधारण अंक संÉया 547, ǐदनांक 29 जून, 2017 Ʈारा Ĥकािशत ǐकया गया था,

मɅ और आगे िनà निलिखत संशोधन करते हɇ, यथा:-

उƠ अिधसूचना मɅ, सारणी मɅ, Đम संÉया 7 और उससे संबंिधत Ĥǐवǐƴयɉ के पƱात,

Notification No. 06/2024–State Tax (Rate)

S.O. 456, Dated the 9^th October 2024—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

section (3) of section 9 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12, 2017),

the Governor of Bihar, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following

further amendments in the Commercial Taxes Department notification No. 4/2017-State Tax

(Rate), dated the 29^th June, 2017, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide

number 547, dated the 29^th June, 2017, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, after S. No. 7 and the entries relating thereto, the

following S. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely: -
