No-11/N. Vi./Gathan-04/24/1720/UD&HD—In exercise of the powers conferred
by section 3 read with section-4 of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 (Bihar Act, 11, 2007) the
Governor of Bihar desires to publish the following draft order, which is published for the
information of the persons who are likely to be affected by it and notice is hereby given
that the said draft will be considered within a month from the date of publication of this
notification.

Magistrates/Divisional Commissioner during the draft publication will be considered
under section-5 of the said Act.
Draft Order
Memo No-11/N. Vi./Gathan-04/24 /In exercise of powers conferred by
Section-8 (c) of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 (Bihar Act, 11,2007) the Governor of Bihar
hereby declares the areas having Population as per cencus, 2011 is 26020, falling in the
circle of the villages Dhanchhuhan and Jagdishpur of Maharajganj Sub-division of the
District of Siwan to be included in the Nagar Panchayat, Maharajganj boundaries of
which are as follows:-
