ǐबहार गजट (असाधारण), 30 अÈ तूबर 2024

The 30^th October 2024

S.O. 460, dated the 30^th October 2024— In exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (2) of section1 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment)

Ordinance, 2024 (Bihar Ordinance No. 01, 2024), the Governor of Bihar, hereby

appoints.-

(a)

the 27^th day of September, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of

section 6, section 34 and section 36 of the said Ordinance shall deemed to

come into force; and

(b)

the1^stday of November, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of

section 2 to section 5, section 7 to section 33 and section 35 of the said

Ordinance shall come into force.
