NOTIFICATION

The 15^th October 2024

No. 1 Est.-36/2018-2789/BLA.—In pursuance of Rule 84 of Bihar Treasury Code,

2011 Sri Shashi Bhushan Kumar, Section Officer-Cum-D.D.O., Bihar Legislative

Assembly Secretariat is authorised to sign the establishment Pay and Allowances Bills and

other Bills including T.A. Bills, D.A. Bills, Air Travel Reimbursement Bills etc. relating

to the Hon'ble Member's of Bihar Legislative Assembly for the purpose of drawing them

from the Treasury for disbursement.

2. The Secretary, however will hold the power of the controlling officer.

Above arrangement will come into force from date-14.10.2024 to

25.10.2024 i.e in the absence period of Sri Pragyagni, Section Officer-

Cum-D.D.O., Bihar Legislative Assembly, Patna
