S.O. 498 Date 22 November 2024— In exercise of the powers conferred by section-

8 and 9 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act. No.-46 of 2023) the State

Government of Bihar, in consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Patna, designates

the Courts of the following District and Additional Sessions Judge and Judicial Magistrate,

I^st class as Special Courts for trial of cases instituted under Economic Offences Police Station,
