No.M-2/12/ 2024-89:-Whereas in pursuance of the Notification No.100/ES-1/BR-
LA/3/2024, Notification No.100/ES-1/BR-LA/4/2024, Notification No.100/ES-1/BR-
LA/6/2024 issued by Election Commision of India on 18th October, 2024 under sub-
section (1) of section 150 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the
seat of Sh. Sudama Prasad elected from 196-Tarari Assembly Constituency, Sh.
Sudhakar Singh elected from 203-Ramgarh Assembly Constituency, Sh. Surendra
Prasad Yadav elected from 232-Belaganj Assembly Constituency have became vacant
and in pursuance of the Notification No.100/ES-1/BR-LA/5/2024 issued by Election
Commision of India on 18th October, 2024 under sub-section (2) of section 150 of the
Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the seat of Sh. Jitan Ram Manjhi
elected from 227-Imamganj (SC) Assembly Constituency has became vacant by reason
of theirs resignation from the post in the Legislative Assembly of the State of Bihar, a Bye
election has been held on the 13th November, 2024 for the purpose of filling the said
vacancies.
Whereas, the result of the election have been declared by the Returning Officer
concerned under section 66 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951).
Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 67 of the Representation of the People Act,
1951 (43 of 1951), hereby notifies the name of the members elected in respect of those
Constituencies alongwith their party affiliation:-
