is necessary and expedient to take special precaution to prevent entry of unauthorized

person/persons into the areas mentioned in the schedule below for the purpose of

maintaining public order and preventing and supressing destructive acts;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Subsection-(i) of

Section-3 of Bihar Protected Places Act, 1979 (Bihar Act 1, 1979), the Governor of

Bihar is pleased to declare 220/132/33 KV Gas Insulated Sub-Station (GIS) Sub-

Center, Village-Raunakabad, Anchal- Haweli Khadakpur, District-Munger of Bihar

Grid Company Limited as Protected Place with immediate effect, description of which

are mentioned in the following Schedule:-
