of Bihar dated the -19.12.2024 is hereby published for general information: -

“In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under Article

188 of the Constitution of India, I, Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar,

Governor of Bihar, hereby appoint Shri Awadhesh Narain Singh,

Chairman, Bihar Legislative Council to be the person before whom

the member elected in the Bihar Legislative Council Bye Election,

2024 from Tirhut Graduates' Constituency shall before taking his

seat, make and subscribe oath or affirmation.
