43) कȧ धारा 21 के अनुसरण मɅ और धारा 22 कȧ उपधारा (1) Ʈारा Ĥदƣ शǐƠयɉ का Ĥयोग करते हुए,

भारत िनवा[चन आयोग, ǐबहार राÏय सरकार के परामश[ से ǐदनांक 06 जनवरȣ, 2025 को राÏय के

शासकȧय राजपğ मɅ Ĥकािशत आयोग कȧ अिधसूचना के अनुसरण मɅ इस राÏय कȧ ǐवधान सभा के सदèयɉ

Ʈारा ǐबहार राÏय कȧ ǐवधान पǐरषद के होने वाले उप िनवा[चन के संबंध मɅ, एतÙƮाराः-

(i) नीचे कȧ सारणी के èतàभ (1) मɅ ǐविनǐद[ƴ अिधकारȣ को ǐरटिनɍग आǐफसर के Ǿप मɅ

पदािभǐहत करता है; और

(ii) उƠ सारणी के èतàभ (2) मɅ ǐविनǐद[ƴ अिधकारȣ को ǐरटिनɍग आǐफसर कȧ उसके कृ×यɉ

के पालन मɅ सहायता के िलए सहायक ǐरटिनɍग आǐफसर िनयुƠ करता है।

No.100/BR-LC/13/2024-MLA (2— In pursuance of Section 21, and in exercise of

the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People

Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India, in consultation with the

Government of the State of Bihar, hereby: -

(i)

designates the officer, specified in column (1) of the TABLE below, to be the

Returning Officer, and

(ii)

appoints the officer, specified in column (2) of the said TABLE, to be the

Assistant Returning Officer to assist the Returning officer in the performance

of his functions;
