No. IV/M1-1-6/2025-1117--In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-

section (i) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to

exempt fully the stamp duty chargeable on registration of document related to transfer of

1670.22 acre land under Amritsar Kolkata Industrial Corridor scheme Gaya district for

development of integrated manufacturing cluster in Dobhi block in the light of section 3.2 (i)

(a) of State Support Agreement on lease.

2. It shall come into force with immediate effect.
