2017 (ǐबहार अिधिनयम- 12, 2017) कȧ धारा 39 कȧ उपधारा (6) के साथ पǐठत धारा 168 Ʈारा

Ĥदƣ शǐƠयɉ का Ĥयोग करते हुए, आयुƠ, पǐरषद कȧ िसफाǐरशɉ पर, उƠ अिधिनयम कȧ धारा

51 के उपबंधɉ के अंतग[त İोत पर कर कटौती करने हेतु अपेि¢त पंजीकृत åयǐƠ Ʈारा, उƠ

अिधिनयम कȧ धारा 39 कȧ उपधारा (3) के साथ पǐठत ǐबहार माल और सेवा कर िनयम, 2017 के

िनयम 66 के अंतग[त ĤाǾप जीएसटȣआर-7 मɅ, ǐदसàबर, 2024 माह के िलए ǐववरणी Ĥèतुत

करने कȧ समय-सीमा को, माह जनवरȣ, 2025 के बारहवɅ ǐदन तक आगे बढाते हɇ।

The 22^nd April 2025

S.O. 85, Dated The 24^th April 2025— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section

(6) of section 39 read with section 168 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017

(Bihar Act 12, 2017), the Commissioner , on the recommendations of the Council,

hereby extends the time limit for furnishing the return by a registered person, required to

deduct tax at source under the provisions of section 51 of the said Act, in FORM GSTR-7

under sub-section (3) of section 39 of the said Act read with rule 66 of the Bihar Goods and

Services Tax Rules, 2017, for the month of December, 2024, till the 12th day of January,

2025.

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 10^th day of January

2025.
