(िबहार अिधिनयम- 12, 2017) कᳱ धारा 11 कᳱ उप-धारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, तथा इस

आशय से संतु᳥ होकर ᳰक ऐसा करना जनिहत मᱶ आव᭫यक है, िबहार रा᭔यपाल, पᳯरषद कᳱ िसफाᳯरश पर,

वािण᭔य - कर िवभाग कᳱ अिधसूचना सं᭎ या 8/2018-रा᭔ य कर (दर) ᳰदनांक 25, जनवरी, 2018 िजसे िबहार

गजट असाधारण अंक सं᭎या 75, ᳰदनांक 25, जनवरी, 2018 ᳇ारा ᮧकािशत ᳰकया गया था, मᱶ और आगे भी

िन᳜िलिखत संशोधन करते हᱹ, यथा:-

उᲦ अिधसूचना मᱶ, “अिधसूचना सं᭎या 1/2017- रा᭔य कर (दर) कᳱ अनुसूची IV” श᭣दᲂ,को᳧कᲂ और

अंकᲂ के ᭭थान पर, “अिधसूचना सं᭎या 9/2025- रा᭔य कर (दर) कᳱ अनुसूची II या अनुसूची III” ᮧित᭭थािपत

ᳰकया जाएगा ।

2. यह अिधसूचना 22 िसत᭥बर, 2025 से ᮧवृᱫ होगी।

Notification No. 12/2025- State Tax (Rate)

S.O. 153, Dated The 17^th September 2025 In exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act

12, 2017), the Governor of Bihar, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public

interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following

further amendments in the notification of the Commercial Taxes Department, Notification

No. 8/2018- State Tax (Rate), dated the 25th January, 2018, published in the Bihar

Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 75, dated the 25^th January, 2018, namely:-

In the said notification, for the words, brackets, and figures “Schedule IV of

Notification No. 1/2017 -State Tax (Rate)”, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“Schedule II or Schedule III of Notification No. 9/2025 -State Tax (Rate)”.

2. This notification shall come into force on the 22^nd day of September, 2025.
