िबहार माल और सेवा कर (संशोधन) अिधिनयम, 2025

(िबहार अिधिनयम 07, 2025) की धारा 1 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (ख) Ȫारा Ůदȅ शİƅयों का Ůयोग करते Šए,

िबहार रा̕ यपाल, एतȞ्वारा 1 अƃूबर, 2025 को ऐसी ितिथ के ŝप मŐ िजसको उƅ अिधिनयम की धारा 2 के खंड

(ii) और (iii), धारा 3 से धारा 5 और धारा 7 से धारा 15 के उपबंध Ůवृȅ होंगे, िनयत करते हœ ।

The 17^th September 2025

S.O. 159, Dated The 17^th September 2025-- In exercise of the powers conferred by

clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax

(Amendment) Act, 2025 (Bihar Act 07, 2025), the Governor of Bihar, hereby appoints the

1^st day of October, 2025, as the date on which the provisions of clauses (ii) and (iii) of

section 2, sections 3 to 5 and sections 7 to 15 of the said Act, shall come into force.
