एस० ओ० 161, िदनांक 17 ͧसतà बर 2025--िबहार माल और सेवा कर अिधिनयम, 2017 (िबहार

अिधिनयम- 12, 2017) की धारा 44 की उप-धारा (1) के पहले परंतुक Ȫारा Ůदȅ शİƅयों का Ůयोग करते Šए,

आयुƅ, पįरषद की िसफाįरशों पर, िवȅीय वषŊ 2024-25 से आगे, वािषŊक िववरणी फाइल करने के संबंध मŐ,

रिजːŌ ीकृत ʩİƅ को , िजसका िकसी िवȅीय वषŊ मŐ संकिलत आवतŊ दो करोड़ Ŝपए तक का है, उƅ िवȅीय वषŊ

के िलए वािषŊक िववरणी फाइल करने से छूट Ůदान करते हœ ।

The 17^th September 2025

S.O. 161, Dated 17^th September 2025--In exercise of the powers conferred by the

first proviso to sub-section (1) of section 44 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act,

2017 (Bihar Act 12, 2017), the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council,

in respect of filing of annual return for the financial year 2024-25 onwards, hereby

exempts the registered person whose aggregate turnover in any financial year is up to

two crore rupees, from filing annual return that said financial year.
