S.O. 163 Date-

In pursuance of the recommendation of Bihar Minimum

Wages Advisory Board in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1)

of section-3 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (11 of 1948) read with sub-section (2) of

section-5 of the said Act and under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section-5 of the said Act,

the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the Minimum wages of Supervisor/Clerical

category of Workers shall be fixed equal to that of skilled labourer. It shall come into force

the date-01-10-2025.
