UD&HD—In the light of Bye-law-38(11)

of Bihar Building Bye-laws, 2014 (Amendment-2025), approval is given to increase the

Floor Area Ratio (FAR) from 1.5 to 2.5 for the construction of Puratatva Bhavan of Art

Culture and Youth Department, Bihar.

2. The remaining provisions of Bihar Building Bye-laws, 2014 (Amendment-2025)

will remain in effect as it is.
