UD&HD—In exercise of the powers
conferred by Section 88 of Bihar Building Byelaws 2014 (Amendment, 2025), the following
amendments are made in Bihar Building Byelaws 2014 (Amendment, 2025):-
1. Short Title, Extent and Commencement-
(i)
These byelaws may be called Bihar Building Byelaws 2014 (Amendment,
2025);
(ii)
It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Gazette.
