No-11/N. Vi./Gathan-07/2025-3058/UD&HD. —In exercise of the powers conferred by
sections 3 (1) (a), 4, 5, 6 and 8 of the Bihar Municipalities Act, 2007 (Bihar Act, 11, 2007) (as
amended), the Governor of Bihar, after due consideration of the objections received, constitutes
Nagar Parishad, Danapur Nizamat area, within the boundaries as mentioned in column 4 of Patna
district falling under column 3 for the purposes of the said Act, the draft of which has been
previously published by the departmental notification number 1592 dated 03.06.2025 and applies
the relevant provisions of the said Act in the said areas:-
