THE RULES OF THE HIGH COURT AT PATNA, 1916

No. X-02-2025/Adm.(Rules)Dept.2754(R).—In partial modification to the High

Court of Judicature at Patna (Designation of Senior Advocates) Rules, 2025

[Chapter- XXIV-A of the Rules of the High Court at Patna, 1916] published vide

C.S. No.- 180 in the Extraordinary Edition of the Bihar Gazette vide notification

No. 1531 dated 18.09.2025, the following correction is hereby made:-

The heading of the fourth format mentioned under “ASSISTING COUNSEL”

earlier mentioned as “List of Reported Judgments” shall be read and construed as

“List of Unreported Judgments”.
