16.09.2025, Dept. of Industries, Govt. of Bihar) Para No. 03-

“And whereas, the Aadhaar authentication shall be performed for

Mukhyamantri Udyami Yojna (hereinafter referred to as the said purpose) as

prescribed under sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the said rules and the performance of

Aadhaar authentication for the said purpose shall be on voluntary basis and that the

said Ministry/Department/Agency shall perform the Aadhaar authentication only for

for Mukhyamantri Udyami Yojna [hereinafter referred to as the use case(s)].”

Is replaced by

“And whereas, the Aadhaar authentication shall be performed for authentication

of business owners while applying on single window clearance system for receiving

necessary licenses and incentives for establishment of new industry in the State,

using Yes/No authentication facility (hereinafter referred to as the said purpose)

pursuant to Mukhyamantri Udyami Yojna.”

2. The proposal has the approval of the competent authority.
