dated 13.01.2026 is hereby published for general information :-

“In exercise of the powers under Sub Clause (a) of Clause (2) of Article 174

of the Constitution of India, I, Arif Mohammed Khan, Governor of Bihar, hereby

prorogue the Bihar Legislative Assembly after Completion of the business of the

house on 05^th December, 2025.
