The 18th March 2026
S. O. 90, dated the 18th March 2026.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section-8
and 9 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act. No.-46 of 2023) the State
Government of Bihar, in consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Patna, in
modification of the Law Departmental Notification No.-7511 dated-22.11.2024, designates the
Courts of Sri Avinash Sharma, District and Additional Sessions Judge, Patna in place of Smt.
Suchitra Singh, District and Additional Sessions Judge as Special Court for trial of cases
instituted under Economic Offences Police Station, Bihar, Patna.

The Departmental Notification No.-7511 dated-22.11.2024, already issued in
this context, is amended to this extent.

This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the
official gazette.
