ADDENDA AND CORRIGENDA TO

THE RULES OF THE HIGH COURT AT PATNA, 1916

C.S. No. –182

No. (X-02-2026) A.D. (Rules) 371(R).—The following amendment is made in

the existing Part- II, Chapter- IIIA (Filing Procedure) of the Rules of the High Court

at Patna, 1916 with immediate effect:-

1.

The Rule- 2 under Part- II, Chapter- III-A of the Rules of the High Court at Patna,

1916 is substituted in the following manner–

Existing

After Substitution

All proceedings/ pleadings shall be

presented

and

received

at

the

centralized filing counter from 10.30

am to 1 pm and 2.15 pm to 3.30 pm on

Court working days and from 10.30

and to 1 pm on office working

Saturdays.

All

proceedings/

pleadings

shall

be

presented and received at the centralized

filing counter from 10:00 A.M. to 01:00

P.M. and 02:15 P.M. to 03:30 P.M. on

Court working days and from 10:00 A.M.

to 01:00 P.M. on office working Saturdays.
