ǐव.प./04/2025 (1), ǐदनांक 23 अĤैल, 2026 के Ʈारा िनयुƠ अिधकाǐरयɉ के अितǐरƠ,

अिधकारȣ उपरोƠ िनवा[चन-¢ेğ से होने वाले उप िनवा[चन के समाƯ होने के तुरÛत बाद

सहायक ǐरटिनɍग अिधकारȣ के Ǿप मɅ काय[ करना बंद कर दɅगे।

No.155/BR-LC/04/2025 (2): - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section

(1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election

Commission hereby appoints, in addition to the officers appointed vide its Notification no.

155/BR-LC/2003 (1), dated 01^st May, 2003 and Notification No. 155/BR-LC/04/2025(1),

dated 23^rd April, 2026, the following officers of Government as specified in Coulmn (2) of

the TABLE below, as Assistant Returning Officer to assist the Returning Officer of the

Local Authorities’ Constituency in the State of Bihar, specified in Column (1) of the said

TABLE, in the performance of functions of such Returning Officer: -

above mentioned Local Authorities’ Constituency to be done. The Officers shall cease to

function as Assistant Returning Officer immediately after the bye election from respective

Constituency is over.
