No.- IV@NwV&12&07@2026&2628— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a)

of sub-section (i) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the Governor of Bihar is

pleased to exempt fully, the stamp duty, chargeable on registration of lease document

related to transfer of 1020.60 acres of land for Installation of a Thermal Power Project at

Pirpainti, Bhagalpur for 33(Thirty three) years.

2. It shall come into force with immediate effect.
