The 27^th May 2026

S.O. 112 dated 27^th May 2026—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

section-3 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Act 49 of 1988), the Government of Bihar,

in consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Patna, designate the Exclusive Special

Court of Special Judge-III, constituted vide notification no.-3669 dated-03.06.2011 and

Notification No.-9512 dated-14.12.2023 of the Law Department, Government of Bihar, Patna,

as Special Court for speedy trial of fodders scam cases investigated by the Central Bureau of

Investigation (C.B.I.) under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

2. The Court of Special Judge-III shall give priority to the hearing of the cases pertaining

to Fodder Scam over other cases.

3. The earlier issued Notification No.-3669 dated 03.06.2011, Notification No.-7176

dated- 29.08.2018 and Notification No.-9512 dated-14.12.2023 of the Law Department,

Government of Bihar, Patna is amended to this extent.
