necessary and expedient to notify special provision to prevent entry of unauthorized
person/persons into the areas mentioned in the schedule below for the purpose of
maintaining public order and preventing and supressing destructive acts;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Subsection-(i) of Section-
3 of Bihar Protected Places Act, 1979 (Bihar Act 1, 1979), the Governor of Bihar is
pleased to declare RCP Cum SV Station of Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Village-Gidhha,
