is necessary and expedient to notify special provision to prevent entry of unauthorized
person/persons into the areas mentioned in the schedule below for the purpose of
maintaining public order and preventing and supressing destructive acts;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Subsection-(i) of
Section-3 of Bihar Protected Places Act, 1979 (Bihar Act 1, 1979), the Governor of Bihar
is pleased to declare RCP Cum SV Station, Khaira and RCP Cum SV Station, Dhorsakola of
Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Chakai, District-Jamui, Bihar as Protected Place with
immediate effect, description of which are mentioned in the following Schedule:-
