No.- IV&ds0fo0&12&17@2026-3736—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause

(a) of sub-section (i) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the Governor of Bihar is

pleased to exempt fully, the stamp duty, chargeable on registration of lease document

related to transfer of 04 acres 56.74 Dismal of land for construction of Kendriya Vidyalaya,

Sheikhopursarai Sheikhpura building at Sheikhopursarai, Sheikhpura for 30 (Thirty)

years.

2. It shall come into force with immediate effect.
