The 29th June, 2026

No. B1-03-78/2026-37— WHEREAS, election has been held in pursuance of

notification issued under section 16 of the Representation of People Act, 1951 (43 of

1951) for the purpose of filling the 09 (Nine) seats of members of Bihar Legislative

Council, elected by members of Bihar Legislative Assembly have fallen vacant on

retirement of members due to expiration of their terms of office on 28-06-2026.

Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 74 of the said Act, the names of members

of Bihar Legislative Council elected by the members of Bihar Legislative Assembly are
