The 9^th July 2026

No. BCWC- 88/2013 L.R./661—In exercise of the power conferred by section -

7(6) (b) of the Code on Social Security, 2020 Government of Bihar makes following

provision to enhance the amount of Pension and Disability Pension as below :-

1. Pension–It is proposed to enhance the monthly pension payable to

registered construction workers from ₹1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand

only) to ₹1,100/- (Rupees One Thousand One Hundred only) per

month.

2. Disability Pension–It is proposed to enhance the monthly disability

pension payable to registered construction workers from ₹1,000/- (Rupees

One Thousand only) to ₹1,100/- (Rupees One Thousand One Hundred

only) per month.

Rest of the para of said scheme will remain same.

This will be effective from date of notification.
