ESTABLISHMENT OF ITINERATING CENTRES IN THE CAPITAL REGION OF AMARAVATI REGISTRATION DISTRICT FOR REGISTRATION OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS EXECUTED BY LAND OWNERS IN FAVOUR OF APCRDA AND SUPPLEMENTARY DEEDS FOR ALLOTMENT OF PLOTS BY APCRDA IN FAVOUR OF LAND OWNERS UNDER LAND POOLING SCHEME - PERMISSION ACCORDED.

ORDER :-
In the circumstances reported by the Director & Inspector General, Registration & Stamps A.P., Vijayawada in his letter read above, Government have decided to open Itinerating Centres U/s 7(1) of Registration Act, 1908 in the villages of Amaravati Registration District as mentioned in the Annexure, to facilitate speedy registration of development agreements executed by land owners in favour of the APCRDA and supplementary deeds for allotment of plots executed by the APCRDA in favour of the land owners under land pooling scheme.
[1]2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-I The Government hereby accord sanction for establishment of Itinerating Centres in the Villages as mentioned in the Annexure and direct that the Itinerating Centres shall function from 10.30 A.M to 5.00 P.M on all working days for a period of 3 Months, from the Date of notification.
The Director & Inspector General, Registration & Stamps A.P., Vijayawada shall make suitable software provision to facilitate the registration through the C.C.A.
Government also direct the APCRDA to provide suitable accommodation in the unit offices of APCRDA in the villages, where the Itinerating Centres are proposed to be established.
The Director & Inspector General, Registration & Stamps A.P., Vijayawada is also directed to provide one Senior Assistant for each itinerating centre on deputation basis from the entire State of A.P and the Commissioner, APCRDA is directed to provide two data entry operators and two office subordinates for smooth running of itinerating centres.
The Commissioner, APCRDA shall meet the expenditure for providing buildings, hardware, furniture and other requirements for establishing the Itinerating Centres and for their smooth functioning.
DRAFT NOTIFICATION
Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 7 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Central Act XVI of 1908), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby directs that with effect on and from the 1st Day of March, 2018 Publication of the Notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, an office shall be held on all working days for the registration of documents at the villages within the jurisdiction of the SROs as mentioned in the Annexure appended hereto, in the Registration District Amaravathi to facilitate speedy registration of development agreements executed by land owners in favour of the APCRDA and supplementary deeds for allotment of plots executed by the APCRDA in favour of the land owners under land pooling scheme.
