SPECIFYING THE PLACE OF SITTING OF VII ADDITIONAL DISTRICT AND SESSIONS JUDGE'S COURT (FAST TRACK COURT) AT PEDDAPURAM IN EAST GODAVARI DISTRICT.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 21 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1972 ( Andhra Pradesh Act 19 of 1972), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint that the VII Addl. District and Sessions Judge Court (Fast Track Court) shall sit at Peddapuram.
